I increased my i5 7600k to 1.2v and ran it at 4.7ghz. I don’t have a GPU, just use the i5’s igpu. The cooling solution is a Be quiet pure rock slim with stock thermal paste. It held a stable benchmark for six hours on AIDA64. The highest temperature reached was 65°C. Idle temps ranged from 28 to 33°C, but most often around 30°C. My worry is that during light games like GMOD on a 90-player server, it would spike to 50°C. That seems unusual? I’m new to overclocking.

It's completely fine to stay under 75 degrees Celsius, it's safe.
