Thank you for informing me about all the games and their mechanics. This appears to be a FF engine problem, similar to GTA 5. It seems poorly optimized, and possibly you could improve performance by lowering the resolution to test it. If it runs faster without dropping below 31fps, then it’s likely the issue is resolved. There’s nothing more you can do about it.

You're correct, the price comes close to $600 including tax or shipping. The 2080 model costs around $900, while the 2080Ti offers an impressive 11GB VRAM with 1400 units.

Didn't you hear what I mentioned? I was referring to running Assassins Creed at high frame rates, not just playing games in general. If you checked the benchmarks, you'd see that the 1070 wouldn't achieve high FPS in Assassins Creed at full settings.
