So I just got a Just Cause 3 and when I went to the online server, the hook was pulling me forward. I was wondering if upgrading it in Singe player would change things online, like pooling together?

Just Cause 3 Multiplayer is a community-driven mod created by players. Development has been completed in the single-player official version, but it won't carry over to the multiplayer mod.
