OEM PSUs have improved significantly and 200w is more than sufficient for an office setup with a single i5 processor, no GPU besides the integrated one, some RAM, and either an SSD or HDD. It will run quietly at 25w and handle heavier loads like 90w efficiently.

I thought it would be the Dell model with the weakest power supply at 180 watts. Putting in a Vintage 7800 GT would cause the power supply to completely cut off the computer.
