I've checked the situation carefully. The temperature jumped suddenly, and after checking the BIOS, it seems the cooling system is functioning normally. The pump is still active, and the fans are still engaged. It might not be a random failure but something affecting airflow or sensor readings.

Start the PC and raise the temperature to around 95°C. Keep the tubing from the pump exposed and check whether it heats up. If it doesn’t warm at all, it means the water isn’t flowing properly.

They feel cozy close to the aio, not the heater... Order a replacement. Good news, it comes with a six-year warranty.

When you use the RMA or warranty, make the most of it. That’s why I prefer beefy aircoolers.

I usually chose the RMA option because a simple fix wouldn’t guarantee complete removal of the residue from the loop. The main reason for purchasing an AIO is to avoid this kind of hassle. It’s also worth mentioning that newer models with a "6 year warranty" on the box seem to be built better, as they only extended the warranty after the issue arose. This raises concerns since I bought a 240 from what appeared to be a reliable batch myself, so I’m hoping the person sharing this experience isn’t an outlier—it would be frustrating if it wasn’t. It’s interesting to find out how long their unit has been in use.

They say the issue began in May 2021. I put the device in December 2020, so I wasn’t on their affected list and didn’t reach out for a repair kit. My model is rev.2 with a two-year warranty visible on the box (though they extended all LF2 warranties back then). Right now, I’m purchasing NHD15s to use in my system temporarily.
