I use arc and intel inputs. Windows sometimes installs a driver for igpu that conflicts with my arc driver. Turning off updates offered a quick solution until Windows fixed its driver database.

Turned off Windows update drivers, then added Intel’s download files for ARC and UHD, but the installation failed for both.

It seems disabling UHD alone wasn't enough. Arc and UHD 630 aren't compatible drivers, which might be the cause. I also faced driver problems when changing from Nvidia to Arc. Even with ddu, a full resolution came after reinstalling Windows with just Intel graphics connected.
