A user on SPUD shared a picture claiming they work at a well-known retail store in the USA. They mention new stock arrived yesterday and are keeping it simple, not sharing more details. The images seem convincing to me, though I’m not a PS expert. Does anyone familiar with PS have any thoughts on this photo? If true, it seems likely that GTA V could release in April based on today’s SteamDB update showing OS information.

It would be unusual if they keep postponing. The latest hold-up was minimal, which suggests they only required some extra time. At least that’s the hope.

Don't get discouraged by the repeated delays.

It's unbelievable how much time has passed. They already have a functional game, and PC will receive significant updates soon. I can tell from the situation. Whatever is delaying it might be related to mod support or restrictions—possibly an advertisement. I suspect April is the right month, since winter is approaching.

I'm not a specialist, but considering how long they've pushed back, I'd expect them to finally drop it this time. It's probably because their PR efforts are tied to keeping customers engaged, and they can't hold people in that way forever.
