We recently bought an Alcatel EPABX that connects to our phone book for direct calls. But this phone book only fits 2,200 numbers while we have over 3,500 on a spreadsheet. We need to cut down the list so it fits in the device. Can you send us links to two simple software programs? These tools should show duplicates and tell us which numbers are old or new. The apps also need to help us drop some numbers until they fit inside the phone book.

We have an Excel file with all our contact numbers, and we want to find out which ones are not used at all. Is there any software that can help us do this? Please check forums.
