I can't access any Windows applications. Programs like calculator, store, and photos won't start. Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 RAM: 16GB BIOS: 1.A0 Brand: American Megatrends Inc.

When you tap the store, it doesn't display anything at all—it feels like it isn't there at all.
