Occurring everywhere—browser, Discord, Spotify, Epic Games, League client, etc.—they just randomly crash or restart, except during gameplay. It’s really confusing and hard to figure out what to do.

review your window event log to identify any issues
visit userbenchmark.com and share the link of your test, for example:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730
verify system integrity
launch the command prompt as admin and execute DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-open-an-...pt-2618088
access elevated commands via answers.microsoft.com
perform a clean boot
use memtest.org usb autoinstaller to test memory on a bootable USB drive
examine the hard drive using its manufacturer's utility and, if possible, apply firmware updates

Thanks for the reply, this is all for a friend who hasnt any experience with pcs, i got them to run the userbenchmark here are the results, ill have to walk them through the rest when i can
