I'm considering listing my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TI on Craig's List. Could you check if it's still valuable and suggest a suitable price? I'm upgrading to the 9070 XT and hope it's a good deal. Thanks.

I recommend checking Ebay and other marketplace listings to understand the value of your specific GPU. Additionally, consider cleaning the GPU and reapplying thermal paste before listing it for sale. You might also send photos of the GPU here for assistance with your appraisal.

I will keep this thread and upload pictures later. My new GPU isn’t ready yet, so it’s still in my computer. Would you think the 9070 XT could be a good upgrade? I’m looking for better FPS or quality in games. Snowrunner drops to around 40 FPS, Oblivion Remaster is similar, and RoadCraft only works well on medium settings. I want a consistent 60 FPS across all my games, mainly playing RPGs and Dark Souls.

It would be a significant improvement, more than double the performance of your 3060 TI. What else can you tell us about the system’s specifications? Regarding the resale value for your 3060 TI, it differs by location, so you might find better offers on sites like eBay. However, you could lose around 20% in fees and shipping. This likely marks the lower end of local prices, but checking Craigslist, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, or Letgo could give a clearer idea of what your area is worth.

Below is the RX 9060 XT review with several other GPUs for comparison.

They’re generally priced around $250 on eBay, which would translate to roughly $180 to $220 locally.

I plan to enhance the power source as well, since I believe it may not suffice. I’m considering a RAM upgrade, but I haven’t made a final decision yet.

You don't have to upgrade your RAM right away, but a 4800 is quite slow, leaving around 3-5% performance lost. You're looking for something with 6000+ if you can. It's also good that you won't need to upgrade the power supply—it's a solid unit and should handle an RX 9070 XT along with your other components.

However, I believe this power supply isn't an ATX 3.1 model, as mentioned earlier it's required for these GPUs.

It's not true, I have an even more ancient power supply connected to my wife's RX 9070 XT. The EVGA Supernova G2 I bought in 2017 is working perfectly. However, if the RX 9070 XT needs a 12V HWPWR connector, you'll need to obtain the correct cable from Corsair, though it shouldn't require replacing the entire unit.
