Hello, I have some questions about your Windows setup. You use a gaming laptop with an Intel HD 1070 graphics card (Gigabyte P35 X V6). It has been crashing randomly while playing games, starting around 1-1.5 years ago. You've contacted the Gigabyte service center in Indonesia multiple times, but they only reinstall Windows and suggest it's a laptop issue. After reinstalling, the crashes continue, especially after updates or during pending restarts. The game stops crashing once the update is finished, but if the update fails, the crashes happen again while playing. You're wondering if others have faced similar problems and what steps to take—should you switch operating systems or halt updates? Is there a way to permanently stop the update process? What might be causing these issues? Thank you for sharing.

Windows Update is suggesting a graphics driver update. To avoid this, make sure to check for updates often. GeForce Experience is a solid option to begin with.
