I know this might sound a bit awkward, but I'm not very familiar with the TL;DR aspect. Can someone suggest a method to handle the Group Policy for a Domain user? Specifically, I need to target only the shared account without affecting others. I have some Kiosk PCs in the domain using shared accounts and personal ones, and I want to apply a GPO just to the shared one. You're right, it seems straightforward, but I can't access the domain GP and hope for a quick workaround until someone else comes up with a better solution.

It seems you're asking about managing a domain or its settings. You mentioned limited control, so it might be best to contact the person responsible for the GP.

Yeah, no Domain admin access. Sadly I'm expecting there is no way to apply a GPO, I'm here as a last ditch effort. Frustratingly, even finding out who to speak to discuss GP on the domain is somewhat of a challenge. It's a long story full of fuckery. I may just say fuck it and apply a PC level GPO and people using their personal Domain accounts will just have to find another PC. The Domain doesn't really enforce any GP, so I'm betting on no conflict
