Sorry if this is the wrong area to ask this Ive been messing around in a VM and one thing is bugging me. THERE IS NO CLASSIC THEME O_o I am trying to find a way to get the classic theme (looks like windows 97/98) in windows 10, anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

There are additional adjustments beyond just the appearance... it's not merely updating Windows 95 each time...

I understand your concern. Upgrading to Windows 10 doesn’t really offer much advantage since it’s not particularly lightweight, and changing the theme to 97 or 98 doesn’t seem significant.
