I recently upgraded to a 4070 Ti Super and a R7 5700X3D. I'm not sure if this caused any previous problems before I upgraded my GPU, which was about a month after my GPU. However, I've been experiencing issues with Discord, Firefox, and general alt-tabbing.
Discord often breaks into fragments or tiles... I'll share an image here.

My second problem is that applications freeze for a second or two when I try to alt-tab to them. This usually happens with video games, especially R*blox.
I'm not sure what's causing it, but it started after my PC upgrade. Since my GPU and CPU were installed about a month apart, it's hard to pinpoint the exact date. I've tried reinstalling drivers and using DDU to reinstall them, but nothing worked. It's possible the issue isn't with my GPU anymore.
I think this might have happened around the time I turned off VRR. Unfortunately, I can't change that setting because it keeps causing my monitor to flicker.
Any advice would be really appreciated.
