Hi, your 7640x overclocked at 5.1 Ghz is getting quite warm. After installing a H100i AIO waterloop, the temperatures from the Corsair app are around 40°C under load, while the package itself reads 70-75°C. That big difference might be due to the pre-applied thermal compound not fully covering the chip, especially since the 7640x is large and the coating doesn't reach all areas.
