Hello! Here are your details rephrased:

- Processor: AMD 5800X
- Graphics: AMD Sapphire 7800XT Mobo
- Motherboard: Asus Tuf X570 plus Wi-Fi
- RAM: 32GB (8x4) Corsair Vengeance 3600MHz
- Storage: Samsung 950 EVO 1TB NVMe SSD
- Operating System: Windows 11 version 22621.2428
- Power Supply: Evga 750BQ

I’ve had this problem since switching from my GTX 1080 to the new AMD card. I removed all old graphics drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller and installed fresh AMD drivers multiple times, especially after the Anti-lag+ incident with CS2.

Currently, in-game settings are set to:
- Resolution: 1440x1080 @ 280Hz
- 2x MSAA
- High Shadows & High shaders

Other settings were either low or turned off. The issue appears regularly—usually during intense gameplay, especially in CS2 Premier Mode or FaceIt. I ran a benchmark to check and ended up restarting Windows completely. In CS2, it causes freezing with audio for a few seconds if I switch back via Alt+Tab, but no visuals appear.

I can usually close the session using Task Manager and restart, but this has been ongoing for some time. I also faced similar problems when playing Cyberpunk 2077 in fullscreen initially.

I’m running low on patience and would really appreciate any help you can offer.
