Myscript features a stylish stylus calculator. They also offer a note-taking app for that. Paper by 43 seems like a solid option. I haven’t used note-taking apps on my Moto G—they’re mostly iOS-only, and I’m not sure about Android support. One Note by Microsoft is designed to function like Evernote with drawing capabilities, but I’m uncertain if it’s available. Also, notability might be iOS-exclusive, which I’m not sure about. It’s probably best not to comment unless necessary.
