Hello, I own a MEG 342CDE QD-OLED and haven’t been able to update it. I installed all the software from MSI recently, and it functioned properly for about two days. Then the monitor isn’t being detected no matter what I try. After reinstalling everything and using another PC, there’s still no success. The interesting thing is that the USB hub works fine and USB-C is functional, but Windows can’t recognize the monitor, so I’m stuck. Could you have encountered this issue before? Have anyone fixed it? Would it help if we tried forcing MSI and the team to enable USB updates? My daily driver is a MacBook, and without it I wouldn’t be able to update at all—this seems really frustrating. Best regards. P.S. I’m still in touch with MSI, but the conversation is very slow.
