About two weeks ago, I began playing Apex when my computer suddenly displayed a blue screen and entered an endless cycle of restarts, each time presenting distinct error messages. I took my machine to a computer repair shop, where they determined the problem was faulty memory and suggested I replace it. After reinstalling my operating system, everything functioned correctly until I began playing Apex again, at which point the computer froze and subsequently looped back into blue screens. Interestingly, I had been playing the game without incident for approximately a week prior to the initial blue screen occurrence—this inconsistency is puzzling. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Could you provide the complete hardware specifications? Please include the manufacturer and model number of your power supply unit. Is this issue only occurring with this particular game, or are other games experiencing problems as well?

A desktop computer system comprised of an Intel Core i5-8400 processor, a Gigabyte B360 HD3 motherboard, 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM (initially malfunctioning), 16GB Kingston Hyperx Fury RAM (subsequently failing), an Evga GeForce GTX 1070 with 8GB of graphics memory, and a Corsair TXM Gold 650W power supply. The user experienced crashes while playing games, specifically noting that League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege functioned correctly, but Apex Legends caused the system to malfunction. The user suspects this may be due to it being the first game played or a separate underlying problem.

Soon after acquiring it, I attempted to launch the program. To my knowledge, the newest iteration was installed successfully, and I was able to begin playing. I’m unable to verify if it possesses the most current update. However, it crashed before I could investigate further.
