I've been playing the game for three weeks and have been working hard to fix it, but I'm still stuck due to this issue. I'm using a Lenovo Legion Y520 with an i7 processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 graphics, and 8GB of RAM. I believe my current specs are enough to meet the game's requirements. I've tried all the solutions found online—swapping the graphics card, updating drivers, changing internet speed, uninstalling and reinstalling the game five times even after buying it at first—but nothing works. At the beginning of your character's teleportation, it's referred to as "Rubber banding." It refers to your internet connection (or the game server you're linked to). What is your internet speed? Where are you located? How fast is the ping? Are you connected to your PC via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
A 200ms ping will definitely lead to network problems. It's odd you have such poor ping with 400/200 internet (probably fiber). Are you connected through a VPN? If yes, turn it off. Also, try connecting via Ethernet directly to the router and see if that improves the situation.
