More details about the RAM. Is it 1x8gb or 2x4gb? What speed is it? This can make a huge difference with Ryzen.

That’s the worst combination. Slowest RAM and only one stick meaning it can only run in single channel and not dual channel. Also 8gb is the bare minimum these days. From here the best option is sell that RAM and buy a 2x8gb 3000mhz kit.
