Has anyone else encountered a significant mouse delay issue? It’s as if I'm using a standard television display, resulting in a sluggish and unresponsive sensation. However, within the game’s practice mode, everything appears to function flawlessly. This problem exclusively occurs in Apex Legends. I regularly play CSGO, Battlefield 4 and 5, Left 4 Dead, and other first-person shooters. Strangely, in H1Z1, I can achieve 70 frames per second and it still feels exceptionally smooth. I possess a 144Hz monitor, along with a recently acquired gaming mouse – the G Pro Wireless. Furthermore, I’m certain it's not a problem with my mouse, as I just purchased this new model and the game still feels substandard. Could anyone offer assistance or suggest ways to resolve this frustrating issue? Please!

Prior to receiving any inquiries, I’d like to state that I possess a highly competitive nature. Therefore, if anyone were to pose the predictable questions – such as “Did you disable vertical synchronization within the game and in Nvidia’s settings?” – then yes, I meticulously executed every conceivable action. Including launching specific commands and utilizing all available options.

My cursor movement feels unstable when I’m gaming. Despite exceeding the suggested hardware requirements for many games, my control still doesn't feel right. I’ve included a video demonstrating the irregularity of my mouse tracking on this site (I'll upload it to Gyazo as this platform prevents direct posting without flagging it for spam). It should be a smooth, linear motion, but mine is excessively jerky. Although the Gyazo video suggests lag, my experience appears normal—however, the lines remain visibly uneven and bumpy. Do you have any recommendations? I typically disable V-sync, adjust NVIDIA control panel settings, and set my display to a refresh rate of 144Hz for all my games due to my competitive style.

Hardware:
CPU: i7 6700
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: 32 GB (single stick)
Peripherals:
Mouse: Model O
Keyboard: Hyper X Alloy FPS Pro
Monitor: Dell S2716DG 144hz

The online platform is preventing me from sharing my Gyazo image, claiming it violates their policy regarding spam or unsuitable content. Here’s the link presented in a spaced-out format: www . vsynctester . com
