The setup includes a Z690 Master with F20b BIOS, 12900K processor, and GSkill 6000 CL30 memory. When XMP is enabled, the system boots normally and passes Memtest at full speed. However, putting it to sleep causes it to freeze, hang, and stop responding. The video output cuts out while fans keep spinning, requiring a power button reset. Previously, with a similar memory kit, sleeping too long caused issues before upgrading to 5400, which resolved once the BIOS was adjusted. Possible causes might involve compatibility limits or improper overclocking settings.
