The updated RAM isn't functioning properly. I believed it would work initially, but there seems to be an issue.

It lets me start beyond the other RAM, though the PC keeps rebooting at the login screen. When I choose to install now on the Win 10 USB, it restarts again and I can't get past that issue.

It's likely you encountered several issues but resolved just one. The second message indicates a storage problem.
