Hey, I recently purchased a gigabyte 1650 super windforce OC and chose to use Aorus engine for an automatic scan and an OC. My original clock readings on the card were 1755mhz core and 12000mhz memory.
According to HWmonitor, after the auto scan it adjusted my speeds to 1980mhz core and 6000mhz memory.
I wasn’t satisfied because my memory clock dropped by half. I tried resetting it back to default speeds manually, but clicking 'default' didn’t work. HWmonitor still shows 1980mhz core and 6000mhz memory even after clearing min/max values.
To fix this, I uninstalled Aorus engine and used DDU to remove and reinstall the drivers. After that, I ran HWmonitor again, but the numbers remained unchanged.
I then downloaded MSI Afterburner to check if it would help, but it displayed my settings as 1755mhz core (without showing the memory clock) and didn’t update anything.
When I used rivatuner with MSI Afterburner, it confirmed the same issue: 1980mhz core and 6000mhz memory. Adjusting the speeds in both tools gave similar results—adding +50 to core brought me to 2030mhz, and +50 to memory reached 6050mhz.
I can set the core clock to 1755mhz by adjusting it to -225, but I’m stuck on getting my memory clock back up to 12000mhz. I’m at a loss and looking for advice—just want to revert to the default clocks that came with the card.

DDR-Ram indicates double data rate RAM. This means the value displayed is 6000, but it represents twice the actual capacity (12000). Everything is fine.

Alright, thanks for the reply. I guess I should've figured as much since thats how ram speeds are shown as well. I just never put two and two together.
