I'm using a T3600 as a server setup. I installed an old 2-slot video card in the main PCIe slot. Added a USB3 expansion card on another PCIe lane. After switching it into server mode, I connected a dual-port network card for teaming. The USB card stopped working after that change. I've adjusted the card positions without success. I haven't tested every possible arrangement, hoping to identify the issue. The original manuals seem to mention some restrictions on which cards can fit where. It might just be factory settings or limited configurations. Specs: Dell Precision T3600 workstation, Windows Server 2019, 32 GB ECC RAM, SATA SSD for OS, two HDDs for storage. I found an ATI graphics card from Amazon and a recent BIOS on eBay.
