I loved that game so much. Went to my friends house a lot as a kid just to play this game. Well, there is a modern remake and it looks great! I don't see any screw ups yet, but it is still in alpha https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJu1xQgJEzU

It was available on the 3DO. Edit: Correction, I actually played it on the PS1 instead.

It was an awesome game. was a 3DO exclusive for 6 months then ported to Atari Jaquar, Genesis/Megadrive depending on country. Was a wicked game which off memory was from EA. EA also were behind classics like Jungle Strike, Desert Strike and Urban Strike. Those were the days when EA actually cared about making quality games and not their shareholders.
