I'm not aware of any Mobos that come with a Ryzen 5000 ready out of the box. The Dark Hero is one example.

Currently, B550 and X570 boards are widely accepted. ASRock and MSI are top choices for these models.

It'll depend on how new the board is. Is it new enough that is comes shipped with an updated BIOS? Then yes. I don't mean new as in "came out today" I mean new as in "Manufactured today". Why not just get a board based on features that you want/need and then update with a USB stick if it needs updating? Makes more sense to get something you want and will use the features of than get something for 5 minutes of convenience.
