I don’t want two copies, so I reached out to Steam for a refund to my PayPal account. They said they couldn’t process it because I pre-ordered it a long time ago (October of last year), but they could refund it to my Steam wallet instead. If I accept the refund to my Steam wallet, is there a secure way to convert that to cash in my PayPal account? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
