I have it ready on my laptop, but my primary PC isn’t recognized as compatible just yet. I won’t be upgrading for the next month or so.

others haven't released updates properly. people are complaining because Windows 10 isn't working right. they pushed for an upgrade.

The update feature appears only on devices identified as compatible. Personal computers are usually the ones that don't get recognized as compatible.
