Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow while preserving the original meaning:

Considering an upgrade to your computer, let's look at some processor options. You currently have a system that’s been running for nearly ten years, primarily used for DayZ Standalone, which requires careful Windows 10 configuration and occasional hardware replacements (like hard drives). You're seeking to extend the lifespan of your machine with a new processor.

Here are some processors you've considered:

* **i3 @ 560 - £10:** A basic option.
* **i5 @ 750 - £10:** Another entry-level choice.
* **i5 @ 670 - £15:** A step up in performance.
* **i5 @ 760 - £15:** Still a solid mid-range processor.
* **i5 @ 680 - £20:** Offering slightly better capabilities.
* **i7 @ 860 - £35:** A higher-tier option with more processing power.
* **i7 @ 870 - £48:** A step up in performance from the i7 @ 860.
* **i7 - 875k - £68:** Known for its overclocking potential, making it a strong value choice.

You're wondering if any of these would provide an additional year or two of use. Given your primary application – DayZ Standalone – and the need to fine-tune Windows 10 for optimal performance, the i5 @ 680 (£20) or the i7 - 875k (£68) seem like potentially good choices due to their increased processing power. You've considered overclocking the i5 @ 650 as a way to maximize its lifespan. Ultimately, considering your usage and existing setup, prioritizing a processor with more cores and higher clock speeds would likely yield the most significant improvements, especially given that you are running DayZ standalone.

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:

Upgrading your computer can involve choosing between processors like the Intel i7-870 or the i5-4430. The i7-870 is slightly more powerful than the i5-4430. However, if you’re looking to significantly improve performance on a budget, consider older graphics cards such as the 750 Ti – they offer a much better value and can provide near double the performance of the 7750.

I’m trying to build an old system for DayZ, so I’m looking for a cheap graphics card. A used 750 Ti should cost around £45-£50. If DayZ is unplayable or too laggy, I'll try building a new computer from scratch. If I played more games (over 15 hours a week), I’d buy a better GPU and power supply. I’m aiming for 1680x1050 resolution. I've found some guides on Windows 10 optimization for DayZ to make the game playable on low settings.

50 on a new video card for a system that you use for a year is not even 1 a week. Well worth it to get better results in games along with the upgrade to an i7.
