I planned to buy them from Amazon, but I was considering new egg based on parts prices. The issue is that not every part can be shipped if you open the US/UK region; if there are discounts, it might still be hard to get unless you use Amazon.sa. The same applies to new egg—I’m unsure if another site offers international shipping, and local options here are either pre-built or too costly for the same parts.
There’s a pre-build site called Infiarc. If you have time, could you take a look? I’m not sure what works best with what, but people say the f-suffix CPUs aren’t reliable, though you might be able to adjust some specs there.
A Saudi woman shared her experience two years ago when she searched for a build, and he provided a link from Walmart that I had never encountered before. The list included parts shipped by Walmart to Saudi Arabia, some of which weren't available in the US. I regret not having saved that link earlier.
