Hey, I'm looking for a reliable solution to the capped frame rate in LA Noire. So far I've come across some questionable third-party tools versus just tweaking a config.ini file. Any suggestions for a safe and trustworthy fix? Let me know!

Game ran smoothly at 30 fps with a direct console release, which affected its physics but didn’t cause problems. I didn’t notice any issues when playing at that speed. It feels stable, runs smoothly, and works well. I’ve played LA Noire 3 times.

According to common knowledge, exceeding the 30fps limit will ruin facial animations since they were recorded at that speed, so it won't work.
