On a Z390 Aorus Ultra paired with a 9700k, it operates efficiently drawing about 110 watts in Cinebench without ever reaching its rated 95W TDP. The PL1 and PL2 limits are set at 4090W, not 95W. I’m using the default optimized settings from the motherboard BIOS.

Many MMO manufacturers have increased power settings to reach maximum performance, even though it may not reflect real-world capabilities. You can adjust these limits in the BIOS if you wish.

This happens because of the K chip, which prevents the system from slowing down unnecessarily once the random time limit is reached.
