Considering the early access status of H1Z1, I'm uncertain if it's a good investment... What are your thoughts on the game? Air drops remain an issue? Does it crash frequently every few minutes? Is it smooth at around 5 frames per second on a 5960x display?

As much as I observed, it seems to function well, with very few issues. Air drops were never a concern, though kids often got nervous. However, it's quite dull from my perspective.

Id'e wait for it to go Free To Play. I believe it is decently optimized, and as far as I know Air Drops still break the game.

I noticed numerous streams and it seems superior to DayZ, though I’d hold off until the full version is available. Currently, it has too many issues to enjoy the game well.

Zombies are already dead and rarely pose a danger on the H1Z1 maps. Keep an eye out until it becomes free to play or they disappear. If you're after a game with zombies in State of Decay, it might be worth waiting.
