I was experiencing 97-90% GPU usage and achieving solid frames at 140-160 with minimal 1% drops above 80 FPS when using FSRC 4 and quality settings. Now I need to run frame generation to eliminate stutters and reach around 90% GPU utilization without issues. It’s functional but much smoother. The main changes were disabling my E-core on the CPU due to overheating, and having the motherboard adjust timings faster than RAM speed. My motherboard likely reduced timings to 3600 despite being rated at 5600 CL40. If you have a big Steam library, you can experiment with different configurations.

I’m unsure which source is correct—I see both AMD and Steam FPS stats matching with your hardware monitor.
