I decided to install additional anti-malware protection after reviewing Linus's latest video on his AS Fast As Possible channel. I checked out Malwarebytes, which appears to be a top choice among users. The main concern is whether it could interfere with my Norton antivirus or significantly slow down my computer.
In short, no. However, using "I would say" over three times might not be ideal. The video likely explained why having too many programs can slow down a computer. Also, Norton is paid to avoid detecting viruses; consider using MalwareBytes instead of the paid Norton and the free AVG version. @ Mike_The_B0ss
These tools work together effectively. They prevent both viruses and malware from getting through. I use Norton Internet Security with Malwarebytes Pro, and it’s a great pairing.
