I pay for NOD32 annually. I appreciate their software and prefer a paid antivirus solution. Kaspersky, BitDefender are excellent alternatives if you're seeking paid protection. I've heard positive feedback about Emsisoft, which is built on the BitDefender scanner. NOD32's detection rates have slightly decreased over recent years, so I might switch providers before my next renewal. I enjoy the simple and uncluttered interface of NOD32.
