X570 gaming edge WiFi (refurbished) R7 5800x / R5 3600 2x16gb g.Skill royal RTX 3080 Ti FE / 3080 EVGA Ultra Rm1000x / additional 700W Corsair PSU. Computer shut down unexpectedly. Tried changing PSU, CPU, GPU and now attempting a full reset but it stops before completion.

It's also connected to a surge protector, and nothing else disconnects near the PC. My desk and monitor are linked to it. When the PC turns off, it doesn't attempt to restart.
