I turned off the firewall, disabled antivirus, allowed all Steam and Dota 2 apps. MalwareScan found nothing. I checked everything again, reinstalled Dota 2, but still can’t reach VAC. Any other ideas?

If you're unsure about an antivirus, think of a VAC blocker as a threat. Check Steam or exit the game.
