Has anyone tried this before? There were many problems and I was struggling to maintain around 60-90+ fps, with the game shaking and people experiencing issues.
I ended up diving into this water hole to explore, likely needed to tweak the brightness but couldn’t see and ended up getting lost underwater.
The game kept spinning endlessly, and I almost vomited from the motion.
I managed to figure out how to use the Jet Pack, but kept hitting my head on the ceiling and bouncing off the walls—really weird controls.
OMG, I’ve never felt sick from a game before, but these issues are happening and others are reporting motion sickness.

I was actually running the demo an hour ago. My i5 4690k is causing issues with my RTX 2070 on ultra at 1080p, but it works fine at 1440p. I think I’ll need to upgrade the CPU. That said, its performance is lower than I expected from Frostbite. Besides the nice environments, flying mechanic, and third person mode, it feels like a destiny clone. I also agree with @THraShArD—the flying is a bit off—but I don’t feel motion sickness, which is something I usually don’t with an Oculus Rift at 40fps. Overall, it’s decent but not great. I might buy it if EA doesn’t mess up with microtransactions and it’s on sale for around 30 dollars.

I'm planning to wait until the 14th full update before adjusting the settings. The underwater experience really confused me for a while, but everything else worked fine. This game has many controls I need to map for my Belkin Speedpad.

I just tried it out and honestly, the flying feels quite strange, but you might get used to it after some time.
The main issue I faced was the terrible motion blur, which I think is just a glitch since it still shows up even when turned off, particularly in the city area.
The only thing I could mention was the extremely slow loading times, which are way too long even on an SSD.

I had some confusion regarding those adjustments - Motion Blur, Depth of Field, and Chromatic Aberration. All of them were turned off. I think some users are experiencing problems with toggling them, so they might be enabled by default.

Ryzen 7 1700x @ 3775Mhz
16GB 2666Mhz
Vega 64 (+25% power)
1080P 144hz display
VSR activated for 1440P
1080p Ultra settings
Open world: 35 - 75 fps
Instanced: 90 - 150 fps
GPU utilization ranges 55 - 95% with inconsistent performance (core clock too)
1440p Ultra settings
Open world: 35 - 75 fps
Instanced: 55 - 75 fps
GPU usage stays above 95% consistently
Game performs poorly in open world mode
Controls feel very unresponsive, works much smoother with a controller

I was chosen for the beta but didn't test it. Anyone who wants to play the demo should let me know what kind of game it is.

I heard it's similar to Mass Effect.  There a huge mega thread discussion on this forum.  Tons of issues, does not look good

Digital Foundry's assessment indicates that a locked 1080p60 Ultra is unattainable with any of the listed GPUs—1060, RX 580, 1070, or Vega 56. The RTX 2080 Ti falls short of handling 4k60 Ultra.
