Hey everyone, do you know if those antennas are meant for 4G or just Wi-Fi? If you want a 4G antenna on your roof, what are your choices? Any tips would be great!

The device in question is linked to a specific band as intended by its design. There are numerous external antennas available for cellular connections, so you might want to search for them. The modem you're employing is also relevant to the setup.

antennas are built to pick specific frequency ranges, which depends on the mobile network used in your area (likely based on location). After that, it’s important not to install them outside. There are special outdoor-rated antennas designed for this purpose. Speaking of that, why would you place a 4G antenna on the roof? From what I understand, most 4G hotspot solutions perform adequately with their internal antennas.

Purchasing a 4G router means the device itself functions as a modem. At my location, the 4G connection is quite weak—only 1-5Mbit. However, if I stand on the roof and use a phone, I can achieve up to 30Mbit.

This device is a router/modem combination. The maker suggests using their own antenna. Many 4G options are available on Amazon and similar sites—have you checked them out?
