I can't use any of Windows Defender's features because it says an error when I try to run a scan or do something else. The message reads: "Page not available: Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information." This problem started only after I reset my Windows 11 installation back to factory settings.

Are you a network domain user? If you are connected to a school or work account, delete that connection. You can also reset or repair the Windows Defender app from the settings. If not, you must change some settings in Windows. Make sure you have admin rights on your computer before trying this. Follow this link: Fix: Some of these settings are managed by your organization in Windows 11 - Tech Based In this article, I will show you how to fix "Some of these settings are managed by your organization" in Windows 10 and now also in Windows 11. This error or warning can pop up as well. Let's find out how we can get rid of it. Using a school itstechbased.com link here to help with fixing that message about blocked settings on your PC including this one. Hope this helps! Thanks!

This problem began showing up right after I did a fresh install of Windows, and I already told you about it back in my first post.
