No, I took everything connected. I reinstalled Windows using the built-in reset feature in Windows itself, not by putting an install disc or a USB drive to it. At first, it didn't seem wrong because it was only clearing out the Windows installation on the single hard drive. Not even close to as simple as unplugging all the SATA cables since I'm also running an NVMe drive that's slotted into my motherboard. Unfortunately, the methods listed here just didn't work for me (it looks like I don't actually have gpedit.msc open in my computer at all right now?). It might be worth checking if when I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, I had to bypass the system registry to skip that TPM 2.0 requirement back then, and I didn't notice any problems with that either. But maybe this is finally biting me in the ass? I tried doing the same bypass again but it seems to have done nothing. Also, it looks like Windows Defender is still working on its own, I just can't manually run a scan or make changes to anything, though it's telling me that account protection, firewall & network protection and device security are all active.

Your computer has Win 11 and you got it set up correctly without taking shortcuts or tricks.

Back when I checked if Win11 would work with my PC, it told me that my system didn't meet the needed standard for a TPM 2.0 chip. The only thing that changed since then is my graphics card, which was an RTX 2080 Super back then.

You turn on TPM 2.0 by checking a specific option in your BIOS menu. That setting is actually named "Intel Platform Trust Technology."

What issue are you trying to solve, and what actions do you need to take to fix it?
