I’ll give it a try, even though it mentioned Network instead of an unknown network. Still, there was no internet and the Wi-Fi kept failing.

It appears as a public network profile but seems to block internet access. If that's the case, right-click the Windows start icon, choose Settings, then Network & Internet, click Open network and internet settings, select Ethernet, and toggle the Private radio button. You can also adjust your IP address and DNS settings if needed.
