I'm reaching out again for assistance with a new computer build. I've received some helpful advice in the past (thank you, WhyMe...you're amazing), so I'm giving it another shot.
I'm facing some challenges because of the current memory costs. Previously, building on my own machine offered cost savings by getting exactly what I needed while avoiding low-quality parts. Now, building on my own doesn't seem to provide those savings, but I still benefit from the last two factors mentioned.
I attempted to choose a build one or two steps below the top tier, considering the decreasing returns at the top of performance-to-cost ratio.
