Looking for compact, on-the-go solutions. Need a tool that creates an ISO file and writes it to a USB stick so you can boot from it. Other priorities are on right now.

Rufus is the tool I employ on Windows without needing an installation.

Both options work well, but Rufus doesn’t save persistent file sizes after use, which is why I’m choosing the Universal USB Installer instead.
