I suggest checking out https://reddit.com/r/microswap. I purchased a key there a year ago and it's performing well. I don't feel comfortable with Kinguin or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap—they distribute used keys.
I purchased my Windows 8 license from G2a a few years back and it continues to function perfectly (now updated to version 10 and linked to my account). Although some folks dislike G2a, I’m a big supporter.
