Hey there! I found some simple bundle links that act like direct downloads, not Steam keys. (I won one in a giveaway). The games are 3.9 GB or bigger, which is fine. I don’t want to let Google Chrome handle such large files since it doesn’t support pausing or resuming. I won’t use any IDM or FDM services—they’re really poor. Do you have any other options for using these links with pause and resume features? Thanks!

I understand. However, I believe the download might not start again after a system reboot. Unlike torrents, this isn't something I'm planning to pirate.

Yes, but your GC tends to finish quickly, usually around 2 hours, after which it stops at 0 bytes per second most of the time. I’ll retry.

Check the source of the problem carefully. It seems no browser supports a full shutdown followed by immediate restart.
